Hey there!! Are you ready to achieve your goals?
What if I told you that anything you wanted to achieve you could? What if you really knew, in your heart, mind, and soul that you could succeed? What would you do? When would you begin? Gosh the list would be endless!!!
It doesn’t matter how long it takes to achieve your goals. It only matters that you begin, and that you don’t give up.
Here are 10 steps, and things you need to do in order to achieve your goals………….
1. Ask for help.
This is my most important. Find the people who can, and will support you achieve your goals. If someone says no, ask somebody else. When someone ignores your request or tells you no, move on. Don’t take it personally. Keep asking until you get what you want. You need to be surrounded with people who are supporting you! “We are the average the five people we spend the most time with” Jim Rohn
Gather the knowledge you need. Do the research. Ask others for the necessary information. Read books. Attend a class, a seminar, or a webinar. Knowledge greatly increases your chances of success.
3. Get started.
Take small steps. Even one small step in the direction of your goal is better than none at all. Get help finding you WHY here.
4. Keep a success journal.
Each evening write down one small success you had that day. Small goals accomplished are still accomplished. It sets the mind. This one step will help motivate you everyday. Read it in the morning when you get up. Let the sense of accomplishment from yesterday start your today.
5. Be happy now.
Don’t wait until you succeed to be happy. Happiness comes from within. It’s not dependent on anything external. Success doesn’t bring happiness. Destination addiction.
6. Exercise self care
Sometimes when you are making changes, or working on a big project, we forget to take time for ourselves. Go work out, get a pedicure, take a bubble bath. The point is to take some “me” time.It doesn’t matter how long it takes to achieve your goals. It only matters that you begin, and that you don't give up. Click To Tweet
7. Focus on your vision and your success.
Make a vision board. You can learn more about vision boards in my blog post here Focus on those pictures daily. Hourly, if need be. It will keep you from being distracted by outside events or circumstances. If you need help start here
8. Remain mindful of what you are thinking, saying, and doing.
Speak positively. It is all about the Laws Of Attraction here. The more positive you think, say and do. The more positive will come into your life.
Decide that you will do everything you need to do. Don’t give up until a task is finished. Focus on the goal, and actions that will move you in the right direction.
10. Stay strong.
When something isn’t working, change your direction. Learn to get up when you fall down. Again and again and again. Like the Chinese Proverb. “Fall down seven times, stand up eight!”
The choice is yours.
